In the early 1990s Raven experienced a wake up call. She was suffering from Advanced Lyme Disease and it was this experience which was the catalyst for aligning Raven to her role as a healer and teacher in this lifetime. After 4 years of taking high-dose antibiotics and the birth of her 4th child, Raven turned to Ayurvedic medicine, learned Transcendental Meditation and yoga in a quest to heal herself. She was catapulted onto the path of the medicine ways.

Experiencing a powerful vision was an initiation into her calling as a Shaman and medicine woman. Raven studied Peruvian Shamanism becoming a “mesa carrier” as well as becoming an Angelic Reiki Master. Continuing to learn and integrate these ancient medicine ways, she explored other healing techniques such as Krya Cobra Breathing, Advanced ThetaHealing, Crystal Reiki, Laho-Chi Reiki, and later Metis Medicine Ways.

During a vision quest in the Rocky Mountains of Southwest Colorado she was given the Spirit Animal name, Raven. Those with Raven as an animal totem, have the responsibility to assist humanity, to be a guardian, protector, and a powerful catalyst. Raven medicine helps people to break through old paradigms, and belief systems into a new more expanded awareness. Ravens use their own experience of having faced their own inner demons or shadow side to bring greater healing and protection to others. Raven medicine teaches us how to look at our own shadow in a whole new way, with compassion so that we can move freely towards a positive future. Those with Raven medicine can enter the void of infinite possibilities (seeing what is hidden, invisible to most) in order to retrieve wisdom, and messages from Great Spirit to bring about healing.

With over 22 years of experience Raven has worked diligently to integrate the medicine of Raven so that she can bring profound healing and wisdom to her clients and students. She is a keeper of Sacred Space for Healing. All healing takes place in a safe and sacred space. Raven creates a safe container for her clients to awaken to who they truly are, free from the past, limiting beliefs, and false programming. She empowers her clients and students on their path of highest destiny so they can thrive in life!
